Hair-thin

I am trembling. 

Trying to maintain my balance on this hair-thin wire.

Each of my attempt to lean, my legs begin to shake & the weight that I carry on my back, shifts. 

Making it harder for me to stand on this godforsaken circus. 

I hope. I hope this wire won't break.

I wouldn't want to fall too hard on the ground, having all the weight poured down on me, like piles of gigantic rocks. 

I might, just might, really.. lose myself. 

& You won't be able to recognize me.
